The main function of a micro switch is to trigger switching actions through precise mechanical contact, enabling accurate control of circuit on/off or signal transmission in equipment. Its classifications are mainly based on the structure of the actuating component, with the following common types:
、Classified by the length of the horizontal lever, there are several different types of micro switches.
、Plunger type: A vertical post is located on the top of the micro switch. The switch is triggered when equipment presses down the post from above.
、Lever type: A horizontal lever extends from the top of the micro switch. The switch is activated when equipment presses down the lever from above.
、Roller plunger type: A vertical post is equipped on the top of the micro switch, with a roller on the post. The switch triggers when equipment presses down the roller from above.
、Lever with roller type: A horizontal lever with a roller extends from the top of the micro switch. The switch is activated when equipment presses down the lever from above.
、Top small button type: A small button-like actuating point protrudes from the top of the micro switch. The switch triggers when equipment presses down this point from above.
